How to Order

Welcome to the merchandise and sign supply online ordering site. Please read the steps below for instructions on how to use the site.

1. Finding products
   1. Select from the list on the right side of the screen to view products by category.
   2. Use the Search utility in the top right corner of the screen to type in a part number or any portion of a part description to find a specific part.
   3. Use Order History to review past orders.
   4. Click on the description or part number to view a larger photo and additional description for an item.
2. Ordering products
   1. To add an item to your order, indicate a quantity in the right-hand column and click the "Add to Cart" button for that item.
   2. To add multiple items to your order, indicate the quantities in the right-hand column for the items you wish to order and click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page.
   3. Ordering from Order History
      1. Select the Order Number to view the contents of the order.
      2. Select items to add to your new order and select or click the "ADD SELECTED ITEMS TO CART" button.
3. View Cart
   1. Select the View Cart button in the top left corner of the screen to view the contents of your current order.
   2. Enter a new quantity in the "Qty" field for any items you wish to change and select the "CONFIRM CHANGES" button to submit the changes.
   3. To delete an item from your order select the checkbox on the far left side of the item(s) and then select the "DELETE SELECTED" button on the bottom of the screen to remove from your shopping cart.
4. Check Out
   1. Select the "CHECK OUT" button on the bottom of the screen to confirm your order.
   2. Please confirm the ship to address and the contents of your order before proceeding.
   3. Include a Purchase Order number if necessary.
   4. Use the "Shipping Notes" field to include any notes you need to have printed on the packing list when your order arrives.
   5. Select the "SUBMIT ORDER" button to process your order.
5. Account Profile – use the account profile section to make changes to your account information and/or password if necessary.
